Check-in: 15:00-18:00

Capacity: 4 guests

Baby beds are not available.

Early check-in/check-out may be available upon request. Please inquire on arrival.

Housekeeping is conducted between 11:00 and 15:00. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Please let us know if cleaning is not required during multiple night stays.

Rates may vary depending on the season.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees will apply:

15 days prior to check-in: Full refund

14 days prior: 80% refund

7 days prior: 60% refund

3 days prior: 40% refund

1 day prior: 20% refund

On the day of check-in: No refund

*No-shows or cancellations without prior notice: No refund

Sanitation measures

The rooms are cleaned with alcohol sanitizers. Our staff wear masks and practice thorough hand-washing, gargling, and alcohol sanitization when working.

Pool Guidelines

Use caution when walking on the pool stairs and floors and room floors when wet.

Always wear proper swimwear.
Children under 37 months must wear swim diapers.

Guardians must accompany children in the pool.to avoid accidents.

Do not run or dive in the pool.
Intoxicated persons and persons with a heart condition are not allowed to use the pool.
No drinks or food in the pool.

No toys, bath bombs/bath salts, or water balloons allowed in the pool (they cause damage to the filtration system)

Do not go near the safety ropes around the pool.

Use caution when using the facilities.

Note: villiv is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence by the user.

Breakfast Option

Guests can reserve breakfast at AMA-nesia restaurant (Hotel Basyayama-mura, 5 minute-walk) for ¥1,430 per person.

Complimentary mineral water is provided in the refrigerator.

Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen.

Self-Catering
Guests have access to: convenience store, restaurant, souvenir shop, bakery, roasted sweet potato shop, takeout, hamburger shop, and more (within a 5-minute walk).

Payment

Payment is accepted online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners).

If you require a receipt, please inform us in advance. We will provide the receipt at check-in or by mail.
